When you request a readiness benchmark we collect your name, work email, company, role, industry, the frameworks in scope, your audit timeline and anything you choose to write in the message box. Our web server also records standard technical logs (IP address, browser type, time of request) to keep the site secure.

Why we use it

• To prepare your readiness benchmark and reply to your request.
• To follow up about OTARA if you have asked us to.
• To protect the site against spam and abuse.

We do not sell your details and we do not share them with other companies for their marketing.

Where it is stored

Enquiries are delivered to our team by email and kept on servers in India (AWS Mumbai region). We keep enquiry details for as long as we are in discussion with you and for up to [24] months afterwards, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.

Your rights
